Vodafone — deduction of prepaid balance without prior confirmation | |
sir/ madam, we have send following complaint to vodafone (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) Dear sir/mumbai, It is to inform you that my hutch prepaid balance is deducted without my confirmation.I got message from hutch being my balance is deducted for hutch to hutch scheme where as I have never requested hutch for this scheme.it seems malpractice of hutch to deduct any balance from my account without any prior notice & confirmation of a customer. We have also registered complaint to hutch customer care wide complaint no:[protected] to parvez akhtar on date 15/2/09 around 2.29 PM. We request you to credit my deducted balance to my prepaid a/c as soon as possible or else we have to move to consumer court for this.I am not interested for any such schemes.also intimate you not to deduct any amount prior my confirmation.& stop such malpractice of missuses customer account balance. suresh doshi Email:[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |

i am a new costmer of vodafone.i am not happy to use it.because in my balance you take 30rs. tow time.i have no usind any activity.so why you cut this money.pl i want to know it?my mobile no is [protected].pl don't cut again.onkar singh is id name
