Hi,
I, Sheelsagar Shinraj, called to the customer care[protected] at around 10:15 am in the morning . As my both SIM Card prepared and the postpaid, was showing not registered from 2100 hrs 21 Feb 2009. (As I was moving from the post paid to the prepaid).
It was so pathetic to a talk to a lady, who has received my call. She was asking for the excuses by telling that the serivces is not available. When I asked that I want to talk to her supervisior for the inconvience which I was facing without prior notification. She refused by saying the supervisior is not there.
And a person by name Rajata Mohelai blocked my SIM Card by reporting the lose of my SIM Card.
May I know who is this person to whom I have not called. And how did he blocked my number.
The Customer Care Executive is misusing the rights. I want the right justification immediately, otherwise I will be forced to logged a Complient the Consumer Forum.
I am being unvalid of the Vodafone Services from more than 20 hours.
