Mumbai RESPECTED SIR, MY SELF Shamshad Rizvi CUSTOMER OF VODAFONE PREPAID CARD([protected]) I HAVE GET ILLIGAL CHARGES OF RS 97.23 ON 23RD FEB THIS CHARGES ADDED AS GAME HUNGAMA WHICH I HAVE NEVER USE THIS FACILITIES SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU THAT PLEASE CHECK OUT I HAD COMPLAINT TO CUTSTOMER CARE BUT THEY REFUSE TO REVERSE THE SAME.REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REMOVE MY THIS ILLIGAL CHARGES AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND REVERSE IN MY ACCOUNT IMEDEATELY.I HOPE YOU WILL ASIST ME AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM ON TIME AND SEND ME SMS.THANK YOU SHAMSHAD RIZVI.([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |

Vodafone — wrong charges deducted
I am Vaibhav Aggarwal and my Vodafone no is [protected]. I got my no charged on 08/11/20008 by Rs 35 bonus card for getting 300 local messages free. And after that I have faced the following problems :-1) I got a pop up message from Vodafone that my card has been recharged with that card, however the charges of the messages sent were still getting deducted from my mobile phone. When I called up the customer care centre they informed me that it will take 4 hrs to get the service activated. However no such thing was mentioned on the voucher and no information was available to me. Also the term *conditions applied* was also not mentioned on the voucher which can raise a doubt in my mind and I would have called the customer care centre.
2) Yesterday was Gurunanak Birthday and all the messages were chargeable but again no such message was forwarded to me to let me know that any message sent by me will be chargeable.
3) Also I have not sent those 300 free messages till date and still my account is getting debited for all the messages sent by me. When I asked this with customer care centre, they informed me that they don’t have ant data regarding this. This is highly ridiculous as I should know the details of every thing for which company is debiting my account. This is my consumer right.
4) Also if we call on 111 there is no option to connect to customer care representative and we have to choose any sensible option to talk to them. This is a big surprise to me.
5) The customer care representatives are very rude and have no decency to speak.
I am using prepaid connection
