Vodafone — Calls being Barred

Dear sir,
I am a bonafied member of Indian Defense services and I am using vodaphone prepaid connection ([protected]) since Feb 09. I had submitted my Indian Navy Identity card copy, one photo and a certified letter from Commanding Officer INS Hamla as address proof. Despite submitting these upper said documents in supervision of customer care executive Vodaphone gallery Inorbit mall Malad Mumbai. my calls were barred When inquired, i was asked to submit documents all over again.Despite pressed for time I obliged. yet my calls have been barred again on today 08 march 09. I have been using prepaid services for a long time now but this particular incident has puzzled me and caused wastage to my valuable time and efforts.I was made a victim of poor customer care services as well.

Please look into the matter immediately, and do the needful

Hi,
I'm, Ashutosh Singh Bhadauria, using Vodafone no. [protected] since Jan 09. My scheme is:
In day time V2V 49 paise, V2O 99 paise, In night time V2V 10 paise, V2O 49 paise.
All Sms charge is 25 paise. There is another scheme for which 7 rs deducted for a week and i can save 5 no in FnF list so that my STD charges are 1 rs/min. The thing is that till november there was a no problem.But there was some new sereis with Airtel in U.P. for which this 140 ivr giving prompt " This no can not be selected as Fnf no." I treid to contact CC so many times but I think executive of CC don't have a manner to handle their CC. Even they don't know how to speak, how to satisfeid their cst..
So many times after confirmation of issue they disconnected my call. Every time i had to call more than 4 or 5 times for solution but each and every time i got very different kind of information.Most of executive had their own information to provide me . Even ur second and third level escellation also good for nothing. Most of the time they were not able to identifeid the agent with whom i had word previously.They are also ready to disconnect the call. Most of the executive arenot maintaining any type of records and always giving wrong comitment.
As per my case, i'm facing problem with series like 9654, 9651, 901..
