Vodafone — Barring of my outgoing facility | |
Dear Sir, I am working with Asian Paints Ltd., Secunderabad Branch as Project Executive. Today afternoon, my outgoing facility has been barred without any intimation (My mobile No is [protected]). When contacted to your customer care, the information I got was the cheque was returned by my Bank for want of sufficient funds. Please note that I have given instruction to clear your dues through my HDFC Credit Card No. [protected] and I have also checked up with my Credit Card People that no bill has come for clearance as on date and I carry enough credit limit to clear the due bill. Again, my bill is falling due only on the 1st April, 2009, but with out any intimation they cut my outgoing facilities. They also claim the call was made to my mobile on 30th March at 7pm and they got a message that my phone was switched off, but it was never so. I never ever switch off my mobile. Today is 31st March and our year closing and it is embarrassing that the phone got barred. I made my first call around 4 pm and the call attended by Ms Fateema last for almost 19 minutes. She was transferring the call to the team leader but the call was unattended by the team leader though i was holding the call for more than 5 minutes. Again after checking my records my HDFC Credit Cards, I again called the customer care which was attended by Ms Masthandee and she was very arrogant in talking and was not listening to any of my request.
