Vodafone Postpaid — Not satisfied with Customer Service

I had a vodafone postpaid number [protected]. I want to permanently deactivate this number . I submitted an application to my nearest vodafone store stationed at Sector-31, Faridabad, Haryana-121004 to deactivate this number however it has not been deactivated yet and the representative is very rude. I made a payment of Rs. 3230 and the representatives named Sahil and Ritu, they were not giving me any proof or payment slip that they had recieved payment from me and were very rude to me.They do not know how to assist a customer. Therefore, I would request you to look into the matter and take strivt avtion against the two vodafone representatives and help me out to permanently deactivate my postpaid number [protected] as soon as possible.

We have 70 Vodafone Connections some running through Metrix & atleast 20 connections directly opt. by vodafone, earlier some of our nos. are in Advance Rental Plan which were changed without any information into 298 plan and accumulate the rent for the period of 7months, Your reputed officer agreed to reverse and waive-off the same amounts.
But Still on the Bills of the respective Nos. that disputed amount showes outstanding continuesly

We have paid all our monthly dues regulerly accept the disputed amount

now as reason the same ( non payment of Disputed amt. ) our Outgoing facility has been stoped from last 7 Days
the nos. are

Please look into the metter as soon as else we'll compeled to surrender the all 70 Connections at once by which your esteemed orgnisation collecting a Huge amount approx.[protected] per month ) for your servival

Vodafone Post Paid — Rude Customer Service

Hi

I took a new Vodafone connection on the 21st of July 2009 and wanted the Voice mail service to be activated from day one. But as of today Nothing has happened and when I call the customer care I get rude answers like "Nothing can be done", When I asked for a floor manager the Agent (Moorthy of Alwarpet customer care) was so rude and denied me to put me on to his manager. He challenged me to go to anywhere and complain but was not ready to listen to me. This is the most irresponsible agent I have come across and it is disgusting on Vodafone to have such people as the customer facing person. Most of the agents are rude and i am not sure if they even have proper training on customer handling.

The Vodafone "Ready to Help" is just on papers and nothing on action.

Hi your person had come down to my factory area he chq the area there was no network he said i will speak to my team and we will work on this ...
he left and i got a call from vodafone service that we are very sorry we can do anything for this network ...Its a shame that u people cant do anything about this its a very bad service ... Vodafone is a UK base company this wht u provide service in India ... Now i will disconect all my vodafone number ... very bad sevice ... Shame on uyour vodafone Team...

Vodafone — Vodafone number not been deactivated from the system

We had deactvated Vodafone number [protected] since last year but still we are getting calls from Vodafone that your account is active we have already paid 1500 even we havent used it once we dont have its sim card also . Even after assurance from vodafone that number has been deactivated we are still getting calls from them.

my name is p.c. mouleswar reddy. my voadafone number is [protected] .. i have applied for post paid connection 2 weeks ago for migration from prepaid to post paid. But still now did not activated for my vodaphone number..i have infomed to customer care executive(Mr.naresh, [protected]).he is not response for me. i have tried daily imformed to him But not response me...so now i have tied up i want to cancel the vodafone connection(prepaid and postpais).i will try another connection..
