[Resolved] Vodafone — Misleading sales Sales pitch | |
Dear Friends, My Number was [protected]- and misleading sales pitch from Vodafone. This is with reference to the sales call from Vodafone pleading for Internet sales over Mobile, "sir please take it, its really fast etc etc ., " i have obliged ( now i regret though) to accept the Internet on mobile from Vodafone sales members. I was clearly told i would be charged only Rs 0.10 ps per kb/ mb o[censored]sage and nothing else will be charged. And i get to see my bill charged Rs99/- for no reason besides some 10/- for which i had done some experiments. Findind very tedious i have not ever tried that surfing again. Still i got my bill for december with another Rs. 99/- added - this time i am very sure i have not done any experiments and still they have some proof that i have used. Now when i complained to the nodal officer - i got a response saying i have used the phone and they charge for the download i have done !! god knows what downloads i had transacted - neither do vodafone know what i have down loaded !! They seem to have a bill from their vendor " Hungama " and they billed me ! During my conversations i told very clearly if its not reversed please cancel my SIM card and close the chapter - Now i hear them saying i have to pay for another month of rental !! Just because they have not resolved my complaint nor de activated the number. Whom should i approach for this ! Do i have to pay the Entire amounts ?? Who else will resppond with care in such cases ?
