I am one of the frustrated customers of Vodafone. I paid my mobile bill almost 15 days back. Still daily I am getting calls that my bill has not been paid. My outgoing calls got banned many times and every time I have to call their customer care n they get activated after that. I logged a complaint many times, but not of any use.
The customer care ppl suggest tht "your bill payment has not been updated in our system". Its not a customer's fault right? Was this information helpful? |
