[Resolved] Vodafone — Bill payment not updated

Hi, I am one of the frustrated customers of Vodafone. I paid my mobile bill almost 15 days back. Still daily I am getting calls that my bill has not been paid. My outgoing calls got banned many times and every time I have to call their customer care n they get activated after that. I logged a complaint many times, but not of any use. The customer care ppl suggest tht "your bill payment has not been updated in our system". Its not a customer's fault right? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

This is to bring in your kind notice that we had just made the payments of Rs.1000/-towards the Vodafone No#[protected] at Mini Vodafone Store at Mahavir Nagar (Nr.Janak Puri East Metro Station)
by cash towards the Receipt No # DL[protected] which is by mistake credited to the Vodafone No #
[protected]. Since, I am a Vodafone Existing Customer and have got another corporate connection also.

You are requested to kindly revert and rectify at your end as soon as possible and activate the number.
