[Resolved] Vodafone — poor follow up

hii, i m atul walia using vodafone in punjab. from last 2 months after paying my bill on time they barred out going of my cell no. after contacting to there service executive 1st they made excecuse that they cannot lodge complained because 1st they want to see my recipt( although i told them there store name as well as recipt no also whichthey provide me after payment) than they says to fax that recipt. on other hand i m in sales n offtenly i am on tour.this is repeating from last 2 months. this is mental harrassement, however these company claims services n make people fool. all thes things during disscusion with there service executive was also recorded by me. regards Was this information helpful? Vodafone — No followup

I am Karthik kumar customer of vodafone and contact num [protected] i have been calling vodafone customer care its giving different optiob but unable to contact them. I think they are running away from customers and no proper service even i tried reach through email also there no such option to get them.

I didn't gate hard copy bill on my address in time so I can't forward this bill to my company.Therefore
