i am the customer of your Vodafone prepaid connection. i regret to inform you that you activate MCI service on my mobile phone and deduct Rs. 30/- from my balance when i concern your executive he response me that that your service will be deactive with in 48 hours and your Rs. 30/- is also refunded in your account he also says that you send the msg CAN MCI on 144. He gave me a Registration No [protected]. Next time when i call in the Customer Care i cant concern with executive Why? Every time line is disconnect Why.
