Vodafone — Regarding Problem related to postpaid connection [protected]

wroteR/Sir, With due respect I have to state that I had a Vodafone(formaly Hutch) prepaid connection([protected]) since last 5years. In Nov 2008, my brother tell me about vodafone postpaid, and show me full value 250Plan. In such concern I visited to vodafone store Bulandhshr and talk to Mr. Gurpreet he told me that the 250 is monthly rental and it can be used for Localas well as STD call purpose. Then I think that my monthly usage is about 300then I should go for it. Actually sir I am working in Gr. Noida where I get roaming. After taking that postpaid connection problems just started. I mention my problem faces in last 6months from Vodafone-1. As Mr. Gurpreet explained that Rs. 250/- can be used for Local and STD purpose, I suppose that it may be used in Roaming also, but my Bill comes in which roaming charges were extra.2. My usages goes upto 600 so everymonth they disconnect my number for 10 days and demand extra security.3. After 2 months of approx 600 per months(650 and 629) payment and disconnection everymonth I decided to chenge my plan again to Prepaid, (As TRAI says- you are free to chqange your plan anytime and noone can bound you to stay in same plan) but they says4-6week time for it, but no result everytime I call customer care a new date has been given to me. but never my problem has been resolved.4. In the bill generated on 18th May the amount was 518 while I had used only my local and STD usage of 111only while I got 250 free per month, the reason was that I only can know unbilled amount but cann't know the roaming and local+STD used amount, because of which I gave extra payment in my Bill.5. Next problem was also from 18th May bill, as I got 5-ISD calls as Thankyou card(were valid from 18th April for one month) and used 3 of them on 3rd may but in my 18th May bill the call charges of Rs. 27/- of 3-ISD calls was also included. 6. I also got offer on 2nd may that if I make 10STD calls that day then I got next 10STD calls free till 9th may, but in my 18th may bill that amount was also added.7. On the basis of above problems of 18th may bill, and after a long discussion and no satesfactory answer from Customer care I decided to I ask Vodafone to Either change my connection from postpaid to prepaid otherwise disconnect my number then they disconnect my number on 25th may 2009.8. After that I visit to Vodafon store they said "we will change ur number to prepaid but it'll take 45 days, but now nothing can happen because you disconnected." the I giver reference to many requestes of mine of past then they quite and not give any satesfactory answer.9. I visited that day for Payment of 18th May bill, and ask them to resolve problem related to extra charges of ISD and STD calls but they said we had entered your request and will resolved in future and you get a new bill then you pay it.10. On 21st June Mr. Kuldeep Saxena from Meerut zone call on my alternate number-[protected] and wish to meet me, I meet him at my home, He came with a Bill of Rs, 652/- which include late charges+last bill amount(including free usage of ISD and STD calls)+usage upto 25th may. Then I again download my bill form vodafone and shaow him the bill and request to resolve before I pay. Then he talked to his Head and after a long discussion he said matter will be final at Rs. 400/-. I paid him the money and wish that my bill will be fully paid. But still the remaining payment is in my account and Mr. Kuleep Saxena denied that he ever said for waived off in the bill. While all the talk was before my all family members.11. Mr. Kuldeep Saxena also offer me the Zero rental plan, of without caller ID(especially for me as company plan include charges) charge if I reactivate my numer, but I said I have not the SIM card, he offer a free SIM card also then my brother said that SIM card is on him and ask me to reactivate as he is requesting. Then I reactivate the number.12. Mr Kuldeep activate my number on older SIM, and said New plan will be activated. but number activated in older 250plan, then I request to change it as I sow my plan details in MY Vodafone account. At last my plan changed to zero rental on 25th June, and they don't give me free caller ID, as Mr. Kuldeep offered me, instead of that they disconnect caller ID.13. Latest problem is that my outgoing are active from that number but incoming is banned till now, as it says "Dilled number is temporalyly out of service" I had again and again called vodafone but problem doesn't resolve.Sir, these were few of a lot problems with vodafone. hutch/prepaid — without any reason they banned my outgoing calls.

iam user of hutch from 9months. yesterday(16/oct/07)without any reason they barred my outgoing calls even they did't inform me.when i call to customer care they did't give me satisfied answer.Now what legally step i'll take agingt company please tell me. really iam to much frustrated after this incedence. My
