[Resolved] Vodafone — Validity of SIM | |
I have vodafone prepaid connection of which validity was getting over on 10 august 2009, i called customer care to know the tariff plan to increase the validity by another year. The response was incorrect as the plan suggested didnt exist at all . I got one message saying that recharge by Rs. 73 and the validity will increase by 1 year with no tariff plan change ; i immediately got that recharge done on 7 August 2009 but nothing happened, i again called the customer care and i got the response that it will take 24 hours but again nothing happened i tried calling them on 8 and 9 August 2009 it couldnt connect only . On 10 August 2009 morning i called the customer care and they say its still not done and will be resolved by thursday i.e 13 August 2009 .I asked them if anything can be done to avoid the situation but the response was negative. I am working so dont have enough time to go to the store also . Dont know what to do in this situation . Are vodafone people listening to complaints ... do they really care about people and can they have a proper customer care department wherein people can just reach without any hesitation .
