Vodafone — recharged from website.. money deducted twice | |
I am a customer of Vodafone. I recharged my friends phone [protected] using the vodafone website on 18 sept. I website took a lot of time to process the request and though the recharge of Rs 81 was done, the money was deducted twice from my account. It is mentioned on the site that in case the recharge is not done, money will be reimbursed in 5 days. When i called customer care, they said that since u didnt call within 3 days from the problem, we cant do anything and u shud go to hearest vodafone shop. I contacted the vodafone shop but the guy keeps postponing the thing and i have not got the money till now. One more thing, i got a call a few days ago that the connection is not in my name and some other guys name though i submitted my driving licence as proof. Now they asked me to resubmit the proof. Vodafone sucks big time. In 2 months of service i have encountered so many problems as compared to no such problems with Airtel which i used for 2 years. Was this information helpful? | |
