[Resolved]  Vodafone — deactivate the voice chat and job alerts

sir.., i am asking the customer care executives of vodafone for help to cancel or deactivate the voice chat and job alerts but they are not responding ..instead they are pushing the days..now each time i call them the customer care number will come busy (111 is a use less number)..i visited vodafone store also but they also doing the same my number is [protected].. even though i am the customer for them from nearly 3 years..

i accidently subscribed to Job alerts service on my Vodafone Mobile. I called up to 111 to de-activate the service. They asked to send CAN Vajobs to 111 for same but i am still getting alerts. I dont know what to do

I was too having the same problem, they activated and charged me without permisson...

But thanks for the post. 'CAN jobs' to 54701 worked and the service got cancelled now. thanks to surya prakash and abc

Job alert hav been activated please tell me 2 deactivate it...

There has been an unnecessary voice chat service being activated on my number twice deducting my balance upto Rs.60.My no. is [protected].Please deactivate the service asap and return the balance before i complain higher.
