[Resolved]  Vodafone — cheating after taking connection

respecte sir/madam,
hello sir am mr akash shah [protected] took a new connection from ur service on the promise that you would activate coporate full value 199 plan (30p v-v,50p v-m 1rs v-l,around 150 sms and 100 min talk time free) on my current number and the new postpaid connection tht i take.my new connection no is [protected].i had clearly talked to ur operators on 111 while taking new connection and even to the man who came to my house to give the new sim card but now when i speak to them regarding this they say tht they would only activate it on my new connection after a month. .now this is a clear cheating going on with me.one more thing ur operator says that the plan has expired a month earlier then how can u offer me the plan 8 days before.please look into the matter and reply

This regarding my sim card lost complaint I spoke tp Niddhi purohit I asked the procdeure of the getting the new sim card she ask the addres verfication I said but, she said it is wrong address and disconnected the phone but yestdy even I said the same addres to another agent he didn't said that my addrress is wrong again i call niddhi only came on call and she is agruing with me that i disconnect the phone I'm surprised agent talking to customer & no politiness nothing I felt that Customer care is located somewere on road side, no proper tranning at all
I want you to look into the matter & let me know I made a call morng nrarly 7:15 am on 14th March.

i m postpaid costumer my Vodafone number is [protected] in above bill have been charge for ISD on bill no[protected] in above i have been charge for ISD which is not been use by me i have been charged 550 i have been already paid part payment. i have register and written complaint to Vodafone care center of ghatkopar (east) and my request no is SR#633698 they have not taken any action and they have closed my outgoing call .so i kindly request u to take action on these matter and start my phone immediately . and oblige me thanking u.

PLEASE DON'T SEND ME BILL FROM NEXT MONTH / NEXT TIME UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS SORT OUT . I AM READY TO PAY THE ACTUAL BILL ( WITHOUT ISD CALLS CHARGED ) SO PLEASE SORT OUT THIS ISSUE AND ACTIVATE MY MOBILE ONCE AGAIN .

Sir ur compaaany had given me a wrng infornation abt bbm n net I told them dat I want 2 activate bbm + net service he told ok ull get for 299 I told him it will work or nt he obviously it will work den again I calld ur company told my net is nt wrking so aftrwerds day r saying dat ur net is nt activated jst bbm n email is activate BURHAN AZHER POONAWALA said me dis wrng thing my 299 rs is activated neet was nt wrking so I jst deactivated n activates d plan of rs399 n I want my balance. Coz I had lot 399+299 rs of free only its nt dat ur company paying for me I want my 299 rs back plzzzzzz
