I utkarsh having no. [protected] since 6 months of vodafone. suddenly from today ( 21.10.2009) morning my service is disactivated withoud any reasons. when I contact customer service they told me your service is terminated.
In futher investigation they told me your a/c is post paid, but from begining i am recharges the topup and was applied for prepaid service. just two days before i spock in customer servise regarding 60 ps per minut call and they guide me for Rs 70/- recharge. at that time all my information which i have given in my application form was appering in your system correctly, now suddenly customer services saying that information which you are telling is not maching at all with our system records, may i know how it is possible. I have spoken lot of time with customer services with same details now they are not populating in your system how????????????????????????
now they are adviceing me to visit vodafone store. they can not help me out. it is very irretating due to your mistack why should i suffer, I do not that much time to visit your store(nearest) which is far away (25 kms) from my location.
