[Resolved] Vodafone — Postpaid Bill and Service Harrasment
This is with reference to my vodafone cell no, for which the vodafone(hutch) has charged me like anything as they wanted. When i called up hutch/vodafone care multiple times in last 1 month, they were unable to provide me proper information about my plans and call rates. And I had been asked to visit to vodafone mini store there also people didn't responded me properly and behaved like an irresponsible executives as if we are baggers.
The biggest problem is when i call up the online customer care they either dont respond or give false statement/promises just to close the call or sometime forget us by asking us to hold.
Now i myself dont what to do with this kind of service where no one cares of the customer, and i suppose if i am facing this problem that means there must be lot of other people who are facing the same problem like me because of the kind of service is vodafone giving.
When i talk to customer care executives online(or vodafone mini store), None of them knows about the service plans and rules. Because of which we customers are facing proble. I am thinking of to go consumer court for further help.
I request all o[censored] people who are not satisfied with the service to come together and tell this company whats the values of customer and also advice everyone not to use this service.
