[Resolved] Vodafone — Harrassment for bill payment inspite of paying the bill | |
Respected Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice, the kind of harrassment caused by vodafone recovery as well as customer care department towards a customer who has a 7-8 years old relasionship. My vodafone no. is [protected] (Rachna H. Pabari). My billing cycle is 18th of every month, and the due date is 3rd of every month. My 18 Sep - 18 Oct 2009 bill was due to which i had made a payment of Rs 2000 towards the unbilled amount of Rs 295 by cash through Oriental bank of commerce on 30th Oct 2009 i.e. before the due date (3rd nov 2009). Inspite of this i recieved multiple calls and messages from Vodafone and its recovery department for non payment of bills. It was a disgrace and a shock for me that even after providing the payment details the recovery calls continued. The frequency of the calls and messages was atleast thrice a day (inclusive of messages). Not only that, i was BARRED calling on customer care after a person named SHEETAL from vodafone customer care department who ABRUPTLY hanged the Phone on me, while asked for help in a polite manner. I request you to consider the following complaint and help the customers fto refrain by the harrassment made by the Telecom industry. Thanking You. Regards, Rachna Hiten Pabari.
