Not attending calls at night

I recharged 45 rs. night pack for 1 gb internet for 1 night. Suddenly the connection cut off and it didn't reconnect in spite of my whole night's trying. So i tried to call the customer care of Vodafone Westbengal but every time they kept me on hold for 5 to 10 minutes with a boring lady's voice but didn't attend my call.
