Hi,
I had taken a new post paid connection.Actually i was forced ( from contant nagging from the vodafone sales team )to take a connection. I had submitted all the documents that were required for the connection.After submitting the required information almost everyday(working days) i would get a call from vodafone saying that it is a verfication call they would collect all the details over and over again which was previously provided in the earlier call or was clearly mentioned in the documents that i have submitted.Every time these people would call and ask for the same information that i had provided earlier.I would recive these call right between my meeting or when iam in a seminar.
The phone would ring and the opposite voice said:
Sir, iam calling from vodafone and iam at your residence and here iam right inbetween a meeting.And durring this time my father was unwell and i was expecting calls from my home.And when ever i saw number it made me anxious and tense and in such situation they ask me to verify.There was already a person who came to my residence and did the verification with my friend and aslo took his details and signature and even after this i get a call for the verification.Even after telling( pleading) the executive to cancel the connection i still get calls for the same reason.Iam fed up with this whole process and finally went up to the office and made a complain.
The executive at the office was least presentable and did not address me with empathy.Vodafone should understand that every indiviual will have a personal life and such calls are not only disturbing but become annoying.I am a exsisting vodafone customer since two years and i liked thier service.After this experience i would not recommend vodafone service.
