I TOO HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT, SEEMS VODAFONE IS ONLY COLLECTING THE MONEY AND NOT DESPATCHING THE GIFT. ASKING THE CUSTOMERS TO COURIER IT TO A FAR DESTINATION IS ONLY TO GIVE EXCUSE OF NON RECEIPT OF COUPON AT VODAFONE AND AVOID SENDING THE GIFT.

i buy one new post paid connection from vodafone, at that time 1 scheme is going on scratch & win offier.
after paying my 1st bill at vodafone sion store they are giving me 1 scratch card , i scratch the same and i win 1 rebock bag.
vodafone store people give me that scratch card and says that pls send the same at Innovative Incentives Events Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh. i will recive the above gift with in 18-20 working days.
I send the original scratch card by courier on 18.02.10 by Shree Maruti Couriers Pvt. Ltd. vide Consignment No. 19976.
i called various times to Innovative Incentives Events Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh they always give the reply...the u receives the same in within 4-5 days.
