Vodafone — SMS charges

I am using, Vodofone GSM number, according to my tariff plan, i shall get 100SMS per day, at 12AM sms counter has to reset. But between 12AM to 1AM i get charged INR 0.50. I registered a complaint with their customer care, then as usual Customer rep gave me lots of idiotic reasons and he finally agreed that i have been charged for SMSes, I got a call from their technical department, he agreed that their is fault in their servers, then he suggested me not to sms during 12AM to 1AM, which is unacceptable., I argued him to make it clear to customers before they sell these tariff plans.. This is cheating and breaching trust with the customers.
