[Resolved] Vodafone — Documents Verification | |
Hi, I am Shraddha and my no. is [protected]. I very well know that while taking this no. I submitted my Documents in one of the vodafone gallery in Borivali W. After few months, I got the msg from vodafone stating that you need to re-submit the documents for verification purpose. When i called up the Customer Care,for the same these people said that the name I am taking and the details mention in their system is not matching. then on which basis this company is asking the details for re-verification.They have stopped my outgoing and are not even giving a single hint for the guidance. pls help me Was this information helpful? | |

I am Ratnadweep Saha, a student of IIT Kharagpur and I submitted all photocopies of original documents accompanied with photos also just 2 months ago and now they are requesting me to resubmit these papers.But now I am not in a position to resubmit these documents.So please be considerate and restore my service till NOVEMBER 5th 2012

Better opt out of VF and select some sensible operators out in India. Mobile number portability is very good option right now
