[Resolved] Vodafone — Letter from Co. for not paying bill in time | |
Recd a letter from fMr debjit.[protected]@vodafone.com stating that I have not paid the bill when it was paid in full 4 days back. Payment has been made vide cheq # 571481 dtd 24/3/2008 (ABN Amro Bank) collected by K Hassan, I have the receipt dtd 24/3/2008 (# 7692). I am a costumer of Vodafone but am puzzled yours wrong billing. I & my friend have taken prepaid corporate connection
On Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, Mohali latter proof. According to your executive during connection, we have to pay 1.30/min
STD call but we have been charged 2.65/min for the cell no.-[protected].
So pl. provide me the correct bill so that I can pay your balanced bill.
