Dear Sir/ Madam, My Name is Vikas kumar Sinha & my no is [protected].I am having a post paid connection of Vodafone. I have made online payment to vodaphone on 25th Apr, 2008 through credit card for the month of 10-Mar-2008 TO 10-Apr-2008. But payment has not been updated in Vodafone records yet & also have not the payment confirmation from your side through SMS or Email. I have checked my ICICI bank account & amount was been credited to vodafone on 25th Apr, 2008 itself. I had contacted customer care for this issue, but they says payment has not been updated in your Vodafone records. i have HTML file for bill payment details, which I have attached here please find.
