Hello,
My number is [protected]. I registered a complaint (complaint id[protected] regarding an additional amount credited in my account. Complaint was registered when i got the last bill. I enquire the details several time and got the response that it is still processing(other excuses like not reachable also heard and i suggest them to send SMS regarding details). Now my credit limit is also over, and i am not able to make phone calls. What should i do. I have no other means other than throwing away the Sim.
Please take a favorable action as soon as possible. Thank you.
