[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone harassing my ailing mother on Bill Payment | |
Vodafone should start a new advertising campaign "Happy to Harass". My mother was harassed by Vodafone recovery agent with all possible foul language and threatened her of dire consequences if the bill was not paid. Get this, there is a bill dispute on my sisters mobile and vodafone is trying to recover the same and they threaten my mother for recovery of my sister's bill. The method employed by Vodafone to recover this outstanding amount(around Rs. 2500). 1) Hire a Goon with a filthy vocabulary, who can threaten customer with dire consequences. 2) Take all the frequently called numbers from the mobile bill. 3) Give these numbers to the hired GOON. 4) Harass the unsuspecting mothers or friends, whomever the frequently called numbers belong to. I suggest, that for the "Happy to Harass" campaign, Vodafone can use the GOON instead of the PUG. Vodafone may have fancy adverting campaigns, but they are "Happy to Harass" as well. The vodafne goons are coming to my pg ( girls hostel) and threatning everyone cuz one girl din pay the bill and left the PG.
Is it fair to threaten someone else for someone elses bill just because they styed together in a same PG.
That too those guys dont know how tobehave with girls.
will the women police assist us regarding this.
