[Resolved]  Vodafone — unnecessary deduction into my account without any intimation

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that yesterday i have recharge my no.[protected]. with Rs.20, today 24/feb/11 there is again deduction by you of Rs.15. i cannot understand what is going on. Vodafone continuesely doing mently harasment with me.. i never requested for any VAS service. but you are still looting my account. sorry for rude words. but it is fact. Dear sir i have already done msg. i.e START DND to 1909 as per your guidence and also stopped my masti pack by msg. which was started by you without my request. Sir, i want to know i want to know that now why you have duducted Rs. 15. and please this time give me waver..



I am still loyal with VODAFONE. and Hoping the same from your side for your customers..

This will help me lot in future for your kind assistance. but sir there is a confusion between us that after calling your VAS service on my number, my wife thought that it was a miss call. so she call back to your VAS service for conforming that who is calling.. By the time you activated the same service for which was you are calling to us. same time another message display on my mobile that you have not enough balance to activate the miss call alert service ,,and we are sorry for this..
Now queshion aries that i never asked for masti service and miss call alert service. then why the sms displaying on my mob. that one service is activated and another was in waiting because of less balance.. Respected sir, Please help me out regarding this issue. and please guide me that how can i restrict un-necessary calls by VODAFONE and SMS

Vodafone — deduction of amount twice without intimation

Hello sir,
Myself, din mohammed khan with mobile number [protected] want to complain you about deduction of amount without any intimation.
15 days back they had deducted my amount ie rs22 when i called customer care and asked that some night free calls have been activated on my number which they dint informed me and i too dint activated,when i told this to customer care they felt sorry and told to type some thing in message so that the amount will be refunded on my number.I waited till 15 days no amount was refunded to me even to my outgoing calls to customer care was barred.
Now yesterday night too the same thing happened rs22 have been deducted from my account when i again called customer care they again saying the same thing night free calls have been activated.
Now please tell me sir what to day i even deactivated it but still they doing the same thing i dont understand what nonsense they doing,so please give me some solution sir else they will continue the same thing simply for nothing they have deducted rs 44 from number.
