Vodafone — 3g not working in spite of assurances | |
my service provider is vodafone. i have opted 3g services from vodafone long back.i have specially purchased 3g enabled mobile. however vodafone has miserably failed to start 3g services. i have contacted on [protected] so many times. they said that they have enabled the 3g services and started charging for the same.in my mobile even today i find edge connectivity and not 3g. this is simply fooling the customers. after talking on [protected] for about 30 minutes nothing is concluded. then one mr.nilesh told to get my complaint registered on 111. i have that tried also.this is chargeable call. but even adter 20 minutes i was on hold and did not receive any reply from vodafone.this is really disgusting. company like vodafone can do this??? it is unbelievable. for ur record i am giving my phone specifications name: sanjeev aras mobile no.[protected] instrument; nokia x6-00 3g enabled. i am thinking in terms of changing my mobile service provider (mnp) but before that vodafone should give me reply that they are unfortunately not starting 3g services on my phone and our all ads with respect to offering 3g services are deceptive and for attracting customers. pl get this complaint solved as early as possible. thanks s v aras Was this information helpful? | |
