[Resolved]  Vodafone — Unwanted activation of MCI and bonus SMS account on my mobile

Dear Sir



This is the third time you have activated my MCI sevice and

SMS bonus account without my permission and deducted the appropriate

charges.

I hereby instruct you to immediately deactivate those services which

I never asked for and, infact, repeatedly asked you to stop doing.

Vodafone India — Fraud colection centre: uncooperative and very rude customer care

I had made the payment of Rs 1500/- to Mr meherban singhof Byword Services,7A/42,3rd Floor,Western Chamber,WEA,Karolbagh,New Delhi-110005 on 31st Oct,2007 via reciept no-BS3201 and Relationship No-1.12943358 and the payment has not been updated in my a/c as yet.The company has bered my No saying that the pament is not made.Their are 2 contact nos given in the reciept who being called use filthy language or do not respont back at all..The customer care of India is equally patjetic ,rude and unprofessional.They in turn shout back at customers when being asked to solve the problem .Its really sad and unprofessional attitud efor a company like this.I would also request to cancel the licence of the above collection centre as well else we will ahve no option to go to press inthe next 24 hrs....

Vodafone — charging for caller tone

The company has been charging everymonth Rs.30/- from my prepaid account balance for the caller tone without guiving me any opportunity to disconnent the caller tone. I dont want to continue with the caller tone and tried to inform the company by sms through the same number by which they are advising me the deduction of charge of Rs.30/ per month.
Please disconnect the caller tone and never charge any amount from my prepaid account.
I also want to know the telephone number of the company so taht I can talk to the company concerned persons

Vodafone India — unwanted caller tone in my mobile phone

I have vodaphone connection for my mobile. Suprisingly without my knowledge 2 days before i have received a sms from vodaphone saying that your callertone will be actived immdly which i never asked for. How a Company can do such an unprofessional way to irritate a customer . i hope this sort of cheap way of marketing should never happen to customers like me. one thing is I will be charged for the caller tune which i never asked for and secondly the song of the caller tune which is rubbish ( surely the person who is calling will irrirated if he/she listens to the caller tune)Moreover when i tried to contact the customre care it gives automatted voice messesges which doesnt have an option for changing the tune. i hope the Company has some better ways to attract the customers not like this.

which is given to me by company vodafone by their choice, my customer care no. is also blocked. i will contact to tri if my deduction of money will not be given me back. thanx.
this is the problem that unnecossry caller tone they are giving to all the vodafone customer for to give their 10.000 core tax.

i am suffering for your coverage problem, i have to move out from my office to call anyone. and even they had put unwanted hello tunes and had debited my a/c wich is wrong so kindly do the needful, u r cheating peopple with such types of activities . be faithful to your customers.

Sir, I am working from Bangalore My Vadaphone No. is [protected].
Right now I am on roaming at Walajabadh, Kancheepuram district.
On 28.09.2009 I have reacharged with 198 or 199 from one local shop and it was ok. But today I have charged one shop at Walajabadh for Rs. 202 (This amount I used to charge every time at Bangalore), The shop keeper charged but only Talk time (53.03) has come, He said it is because of Validity but I have valedity for 3 years. I have spoken to Huch care to Bangalore, they said to reversal charge is possible. But the shop keeper as well as the Customner care in mobile has not respoinded properly The Transaction ID is : RM[protected]
The behaviour of the shop keeper as well as the customer care is below third class. I want back my money Rs. 150/ as well as apology from both of them
Otherwise I will take legeal

Vodafone — MCI activation

I got a call on 16th November at 17.31 asking that i am a lucky customer selected randomly for MCI service. I denied it stating very clearly 2-3 times that i don't want this facility. And today 17th Nov, 2009 at 18.16 i am receiving a message saying my request has been registered. I want a answer as to why this service has been activated when i denied for the same? Please return the amount deducted ot else will raise this issue as this has been a regular case with telecom operators.

Vodafone India — Poor Coverage since last 1.5 years

Dear Team,

I am using the vodafone No. since last 5 yrs ( No. [protected] ).

I have done many complains for the poor coverage in the area in which I stays since last 1.5 to 2 years but every time company representative note the complain and gives the time of 45 days to solve.But there is no any action being taken for the poor coverage.

I am living in the proper ahmedabad city.Please find the detailed address of mine.

Vodafone India — Absolutely filthy treatment of customers

Vodafone has to be give the award for
the least customer friendly network
the best in nuisance sms sending network
the network which wastes most time o customers....

I just had a simple complaint of my msg sending nt working. I called the customer care 111 about 15 times or any ino nd i cud ind no way to talk tto a cust care exec. finallly i logged on net and at a corner of their web i found a num198 to which i calld nd they diverted me back to 111.

I calld 198 again nd again saying i cannot find an option for custmr care exec in 111, they cud nt help me at all.
Although all their recordings r in english they did nt hav a single english speaking cus care oficial.. my mother tongue is nt hindi nd i cn only undrstnd basic hindi, these ppl were talkin so fast in sm sort of accent i cudn t undrstnd at all.

finally atr i had called them abt 20 times i started getting the recording that my request cannot be processed... thats how they treat u...
