Hi, Sir/Madam, This is with refrence with the calls and messages of my prepaid vodafone that the calls are not connecting when i call someone and message sending is getting failed again and again..What is the problem i wanted to know that, Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.Appreciate your quick response.. I am a Delhi Vodafone user customer with Vodafone no. [protected]. I have suffering form the problem in my mobile that I am not accessible to Call & message to any Ph. number / Mobile number. from the yesterday. Even I am not able to access customer care no. & Balance inquiry no (*141#). But I am receiving calls & messages. I am not able to talk to my client, family, friends, etc. This kind of problem try to force me to portable the Vodafone services. Kindly take the action against the failure & regenerate my services again. Also Please confirm me reason behind to stop the service.
