[Resolved]  Vodafone — request regarding the waiver of excess bill

sir/ madam
with due respect I assert I m using your post paid connection with a phone number [protected] having a plan i.e. 333 talk time and on 5.08.2008 . I decided to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid. so in this regard I visited yr stored the same day where I was told by one of your sales executive named Mr. sagar that instead of converting into prepaid . I should go a plan called all @ one wherein all my calls either lacal and std will be charged @ rs.1 . per min.And beside that a facility of 2000 sms per month will be provide free of cost .

but as per the bill sent to me from your end all the messages has been charged in this regard.

I have lodged complaint with your customer care with a reference no 1258902
I hereby request you to look into the matter expeditiously to resolve the matter

Dear Sir / Ma'am
I m a Customer of Vodafone post paid, my mobile no is [protected].Delhi NCR.sir i have connection for Rs plan 299, which have 600 mint & 50 pesa local and 60 pesa std call rate, and one Voda fone no. is free .that is every thinh telling by your sales Executive to me when i take connection .but now my mobile bill above 1623.there is no free vodafone no.i have given a voda fone no. to customer care .but they charge full rate on it no. .please solve my problem and reduce my bill amount according to your term and condition which was told to me by your sales executive.i hope you understand my problem .please solve it till i ill pay my bill.

I am a customer of Vodafone postpaid. My mobile no is [protected]. My plan is 299 but my postpaid bill generated above 5000 rupees. Kindly waive off my extra bill.
