[Resolved]  Vodafone — Theft @ worst customer care response

Dear Sir,

My Mbl No- is [protected] mumbai. On which i use a 2 gulf calling card serial no[protected]/43 respectively. but when i try to call in durban country. my call is not connected & only rings are went some where on which they debit my account. I called to customer care from 26th Sept but they recived my complaint on 27th Sept & just they were trying to blaim me. Even if I call without calling card then i m able to talk the concern person whom i m calling. I called to customer care 100 times but there system is worst. They cheated me by 600 Rs.

previously i call to cust.care for activating the GPRSservice but no response.I also demands to stop my all services like caller tune.news etc.
