[Resolved] Vodafone — Cheating by World calling card

My mobile No.[protected] on which I activated two gulf calling card services of Rs.299/-. The serial No. 85962242/43 respectively. When I called in Durban by using this card, I won’t get connected to concern person. & vodafone system just debit my A/c on each call. Then I called to customer care 100 times but no positive response. Even I face same problem till addressing this letter to you. My complaint No –[protected]. I just want to know will you credit my A/c with that money which you earn just by cheated to me or not. I want my balance money of WCC in my normal Vodafone A/c. Was this information helpful? vodafone-world calling card — not credited

i've taken a world calling card, which has not been credited to my account.kindly do it as soon as possible.there's an emergency.

i afced the same problem i activate a gulf calling card when the balance reached a low of 50 bucks i activate another one
but then lost previous balance as they say u need to finish the first card completely

i asked them where it was written
they said on their website

can u beat that

When ever recharge the account it will automaticaly divert, I am not make any calls but, currency balance showing nill. That, s the resion i am not recharegin now days. I am thinking why i have taken vodafone connection. And also this is very bad experience, inconvinience, trobelling etc.
