[Resolved] Vodafone — caller tune activated without request | |
Hi this is Mrs.KavithaPremkumar, To Vodafone higher executive officer or manager, somebody can help me out with my problem, my mobile no : [protected], i have been using this number for last 7-8 months, i have activated caller tune before 2 months back later deactivated. Now two days back on 28-9-08, i have recevied a outbound call it has been activated, customer care executive told me that i have pressed some no. by mistake, i informed tat i was not using that mobile on that day, he said may be by mistake it would activated, v can't refund, i accepted finally, and i sent a message to deactivate, he was very rude in saying how to send that message, but that fellow had been activated my caller tune again yesterday on 29-9-08, and again my 50rs has been charged, from my number, kindly check in this number i have called 3-4 times on 29-9-08, complaint has been registred, again today morning i have send message to deactivate the caller tune, customer care executives are not ready to solve our problem, or atleast to listen wat v r trying to say, and they r not waiting while taking down some no.s wat they say, they r in hurry, Pls kindly can some one help me out this problem, I[censored] can pls contact : [protected]. caller tune activated without request
I use prepaid card and my number is [protected]
I got a message from vodafone that caller tune is activated on my mobile on[protected] at 21.51 hrs for which I have not requested. They have deducted 30 rs from my account. One more message saying that some song is set as caller tune. But I hear some body speaks its not a song.
When I called customer care, they told that, regarding that they have called me on[protected] at 9.15 hrs. I have not received such a call from any body. I asked them to refund the amount for which they say its not possibile. To change the song, I have to spend more now...Please treat the matter as very urgent as it is very disgusting.

Vodafone — hello tune subscription without request
res. sir,i want to inform you that in my vodafone mobile no-[protected] which is named on ghanshyam j parmar a hello tune subscription has been automattically done without my request and 45rs from my balance and i[censored] dont take any actions against this and give me balance refund to me than i will have to take legal actions against this and i have also stoped the subscription of the hello tune.

Vodafone — Activation of caller tunes Without Request
MY Cell Number is [protected]. Caller Tune is wrongly activated on my cell without request. Company has deducted rs 30 twice from my prepaid balance. This is really unprofessional on part of the company. I dont know how many users may be fooled in this way. I am thinking of discontinuing this cell and vodafoneVodafone — activation of offers without request
I am tired of frequent calls from vodafone on activation of caller tunes or other offers. Most of the calls last for 5 minutes. In between if i cut the call due to irritation, they simply activate the offers for which they have called and deduct amount promptly. Any attempt to contact the cusomer service has become a horrible affair. It cannot ever be reached! pls send me link song hame tumse pyar ketna

Dear sir,I am a customer of vodafone prepaid of west Bengal circle.My MDN is [protected].I have been activated with a caller tune on 26/06/2009 at 4:54 P.M without my consent.As a result Rs.45 has been deducted at the same time.i want to get refund and deactivate the caller tune at the earliest.
