[Resolved] Vodafone — Calls from Singapore | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, With all my regards, I intend to put my little problem of my Vodafone prepaid phone number in front of you about which I have already conveyed to your esteem customer care department, where they fed me back by saying that my number have no any problem & all is OK, which gave me no any positive hope just with an answer of putting my problem as a complaint. To summarize the whole issue, I get calls from Singapore (StarHub service) to my phone number [protected] regularly & since last 3 days I have been able to get all the calls to my phone number except that particular number giving the network feedback to the caller as – “ this phone number is not in use”. To make you clearer, call goes to that number from my number & I have checked the Vodafone service in my SIM card & saved ‘Vodafone IN’ again. Till this day the problem persists, while writing this application to you. I have written to you with the hope of getting a fast response & service from your end as I didn’t get enough service from your customer care department. This call from Singapore is very important for me. Placing this little importance in front of you I request to do the needful at your end to get me out of this dilemma. Lastly, let me tell you that I have done MNP this particular number from Reliance to Vodafone. So, your service is felt always better than the others. Have a nice day. Thanks Adil Hassan M.I.
