Vodafone Cellular — Balance deduction | |||
I am Rishi Jain mob. NO.-[protected]. There is a msg appears on the screen of my mobile and shows 10paisa deduction from my main balance for using 0.01mb. That message is appearing in every next second without any use of any service. I never ever activated any service on my vodafone number and its automatically activated and now 10 paisa is deducting in every next second. When i called to customer care at 198 then Customer care executive said that call at 111 for this complain and when i called second time then that CCE transferred my call to senior but it takes already 40 mins and then i have to cut the call in middle. I start using vodafone first time and this is really a bad experience. if service is like this then i'll not manage with it. Was this information helpful? | |||

vodafone cellular — mobile number portability
I am dwarkesh vaniya and i already had applied my mobile number portability i also had apply for my current reliance number transfer in vodafone cellular. so in that case i also applied on vodafone cellular company's website. one executive came at my office and proceed further for mnp. 610/- rupees charge for that proceeder and it's reciept (CAF) no. is 4586308 on date 26/05/2011 still today my number didn't transfer yet.and no positive reply from your side.so reply as soon as possible on that case.Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

vodafone cellular — AUTOMATED SMS AND ACTIVATION CHARGES DEDUCTIONS
In the 29th late hrs recd 5 automated SMS regarding deactivation & activation of Caller tunes and Rs 50 taken away by co.When i complained on 30.05.2011 Nodal officer Ms Sushma refused and shown disability to reverse the amount.Again the same SMS scam repeated yesterday night and they again sent automated SMS and deducted the Amt once again on 30.5.2011
I took the connection of this co on 3.05.2011 and experience loot of this company.
