In the last para first sentence is needs to be read as I fail to understand how can one justify a 100 MB plan at twice the price of 1 GB.
I already appealed upto appealte level at your Company and though over the phone they have agreed in principal that what happened is wrong but can not give a refund as the system does not permit so. Its ridiculous and I have written to Trai.

Vodafone — cheating & ignorance
I purchased a handset(samsung sii) from vodafone store in fort around 25 days back. They promised me 1GBfree data(3G) per month for 6 months. Still they are not activating 3G network. They don't even entertain my complaints, instead they claim that I have already used up my internet balance. Till now I have not been able to use 3G network or video calls. When I called the call centre, the person said that he is unable to help and I need to visit vodafone store. I am losing my office time whenever I visit vodafone store and yet i am unable to get my problem solvedPlease help me. My number is [protected]
