[Resolved] Vodafone — Outgoing call barred | |||
Dear sir, This is to notify that my outgoing calls for the number [protected] has been barred for no reasons eventhough i have been paying bills on time everytime. Then when I contacted the customer care ,they said my fixed credit limit of 2500 got exceeded and they asked me to make a payment of 200 towards the bill.I paid the amount and the line got activated. I made few calls.Then I went for an interview that morning to Siruseri,I was trying call an HR person after reaching there.But my outgoing call got deactivated without my consent.In siruseri,there is no public booths for me to make a call.I got really frustrated and I missed my interview also.I have to leave home empty without attending the interview after going that far.I would like to legal action against Vodafone for this inconvience and poor service offered. Kindly do the needful as this kind of output is never expected from a brand name Vodafone. Thanks in advance for your support and i will be really grateful.
