[Resolved]  Vodafone Customer Care & Back Hand Team — Wrong information given by CCE

I am using vodafone for nearly 3 years with no. +91-[protected] & have activated the FF & Buddy Plan on my No. since that time. After the arriving of new scheme of 1 paise/sec. I had called 111 Customer Care Executive (CCE) may be in the month of Nov or Dec. & inquired about the new scheme, that if I activate 1paise/sec plan on my number, will the FF plan get deactivated(or not) & the CCE given information that no your FF plan will not not deactivated, you can use both the plans on the same number. I confirmed again with another CCE he given me the same information, I also asked my retailer Mr. Naveen, who called up their customer care & the information was same that we can use both plans. So, I recharged my number with Rs. 29/- (which activates 1paise/sec.) on 12th jan 2010 at around 1.00am & in the morning when I called my FF Plan numbers it is charging me as per the new scheme i.e. 1paise/sec. However the rental of my FF plan is deducting till date ie 21st jan, but I am not getting the benefit of my FF Plan.
I have spoken to more than 8 executives and 3 seniors from 12th jan, but my problem is not solved & everytime the CCE & seniors misguiding me to recharge with different amount of vouchers (Rs. 12/-, Rs. 26/- & Rs. 59/- i have recharged Rs.59/- & activated new scheme again but that is also of no use to me) to get my FF plan back. on 17th jan, I talked to Mr Anand Deshmukh senior supervisor, complained about my previous experiences from 12th jan, he committed that he will go through all my earlier conversations & he also promised me that he will solve my problem within 24 hrs & given a new complain no[protected]. I called up CCE on 18th jan after completion of 24 hrs Ms. Ashwini (CCE) that your complaint has been registered & time period for that is 20th jan 2010.
Again on 20th jan, Mr. Arun (back hand team) from this no. [protected] forcing me to recharge with Rs. 26/- to get that scheme back however, that recharge is for SMS pack and there is no resolution for my complaint, and when I called up CCE after receiving call from Arun, the CCE told me system shows that resolution is provided and you have asked for SMS pack what rubbish Mr. Arun seems to be lier making fool of customers. Now Ms. Nisha (senior) agreed to give resolution within 24 hrs I dont know why CCE are misguiding the customers & also not ready to agree their mistake, making fool o[censored]s by increasing time by 24hrs, 48hrs etc. & telling us to recharge this voucher and that. Seniors are also making commitments to solve the problem but taking no initiative.
I am facing these problem for nearly 7 days but everyday a new CCE and new senior is on line making commitments to solve the problem but no response from them.
