[Resolved] Vodafone — Customer Harassment for already made payments | |||
The fight between 2 companies has lead the customer into huge difficulties. The company (vodafone) kept harassing the customer and made them frustrated, irritated and lead us to the extend that we had to finally switch the other operator. The person incharge of vodafone who was dealing the case also got fed up and left the case stating that "i took the wrong case'. and many other didnt care about our complain .. and were least interested... Now even after switching off the operators the company is still after the customer on his other vodafone numbers. The companies repo has gone down very badly, the company's attitude towards customer is causal as if they do not care. The tagline May I help you is fake. Where every you go we follow is also fake they do not do what they preach. Yes, they do follow their customer just to clear their outstanding and harass customers and not to help you.
