[Resolved]  Vodafone — GRIEVANCES AGAINST COMPANY

Sir, I bought a prepaid sim of vodafone on 26/10/10 mobile no. [protected].The service was suddenly stopped on 25/11/10 without prior information. when I contacted retailer he advised to resubmit the document in the vodafone office situated at Dattawadi, Nagpur. I submitted the document same day but till date the sim has not been activated. The vodafone company is not taking any initiative to re-activate the number mentioned above.
