[Resolved]  Vodafone — Deactivate 3G Service

Dear Vodafone India,

I have been complaining about inactive 3G service from past 3 days. Registered number of complaints on 111. Visited Vodafone Vashi (Navi Mumbai) and Nerul (Navi Mumbai) Gallery twice and yet problem is not solved.

When I visited gallery I was told that Nokia Lumia 820 3G offer is active but 3G connection is inactive. They keep telling me that it will be activated within 24 hours. But it is not happening.

My Details:
Mobile Number - [protected]
Data activated - Promotional offer of 3G data 2GB for 2 months on Nokia Lumia 820
Previously registered complaints - Ref no. [protected] and [protected]
P.S I have also sent message using http://bit.ly/NbsGNc (Vodafone Contact Us Page)

Note: It is proper MicroSIM purchased from VF Store.

Kindly do the needful.
