[Resolved] Vodafone — Deactivation of Half Local Call Rates Pack | |||
Dear Sir, This grievance was of my vodafone mobile. I am using this No. with Vodafone from last 6 years almost. I was enjoying a half local call rates pack of Rs. 25/- per month, in which my local calls get half the rates. I had one another pack of Rs. 30/- per month for free 300 SMS. This Rs. 25/- pack was suddenly deactivated from my no. without my consent which had increased my bill 2 fold times. Since than I am trying to file the complaint of the same with vodafone but they are adamant to do the same. I even visited vodafone store but they were also of no use. No one is even ready to file a complaint and give me a complaint no. My complaint is that my Rs. 25/- half call rates pack was deactivated without my consent by just sending me a message, which some of them claims to send on 2 Oct 2012, and some on 11 Oct and 15th Oct 2012. Which although I havent seen. And this in turn has increased my bill to 2 fold times. This is a clear case of cheating and malafide intentions of vodafone. As though they new my local calls are more than local sms, so they deactivated the same to gain intentional benefits. I demand vodafone to charge me according to that Rs. 25/- pack till date as though I was using it according to that plan only. I am also ready to shift to another plan from next billing cycle if that pack isnt provided me now and charges for till date is charged according to as above. I wont pay this inflated bill generated of malafied intentions on my no in any case. I am ready to pay the genuine charges according to that pack if I am given the new bill according to that plan. Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible, as my outgoing is barred from last week and work is hampered. Note: I am not willing to shell any penny more than the genuine charges according to that pack. Else I wont pay any and leave my no suspended. Vodafone — charges without consent
deducting Rs3 per day in the name of messeges without any consent. Lot of times visited their store in faridabad at B.K chowk but services is still not deactivated on my mobile no [protected] and I loose Rs 3 per day .Really fed up with the vodafone and if there is no solution i will change the provider
