[Resolved]  Vodafone — Deactivation of service

I purchased a vodafone sim having SIM NO.[protected] and mob. No:[protected] from my local retailer two months ago. Recently, I got a message from Vodafone saying I have to resubmit my documents and photo for verification. When I did the same to my local vodafone store, they refused to reply and said the number is deactivated from December 2011 as per their records and registered in done others name. When I said them that I have necessary proofs such as Sim card's outer cover, they said that won't work. I said them that the number is very important to me, they say they can't do anything.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Rs. 5/- is deducted each day from my balance due to subscription of service alert message to download songs movie etc. The service is not being unsubscribed in spite of repeated request. My mobile no is [protected] and service request number to vodafone customer care is [protected].

Kindly resolve the issue.

I have been giving message since 2 days for deactivation of 3G service on my phone no [protected] and trying to contact vodafone care too, but no response from 2 days. I can't get recharge done because everywhere the message comes that this recharge is not valid for this no.
I ( Rajesh Kumar Sharma) have purchase Vodafone's prepaid sim ( no. [protected]) on 25 June, 2015 from Vodafone store at Gaurav tower, grd flr, malviya nagar jaipur. I have submitted all the required documents at same time. After few days on 03 July, service is deactivated on this number. I received message to visit vodafone store to resolve problem. It is not my mistake, even then I visted the store immediately on same day. The handling customers care representative at same Vodafone store informed me that we have already sent the documents to our company & service will start again tomorrow morning. But, service did not start on next day and vodafone did not contact me. Then, I filled online complaints on Vodafone site. Even then, they did not contact me. Now, three days are completed, but service is not start on this number. Under purchased plan, three days are completely lost. During this time, i faced many problem due to deactivation of service. I am really unhappy & want immediate action again this complaint.
