[Resolved] Vodafone — deducting money from my account | |||
Hi my name is puran singh on 21 april 2013 Vodafone have deducted monry from my account for GPRS use but i have pack o[censored]nlimited use GPRS on my number than they lodge my complain and refund my money but after two days when i use GPRS they again deduct Rs-180 from my account and i am calling to customer care but call is not going them so i am frustrated from them so what to do please help My no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Apr 26, 2013 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello Puran Singh, Please be informed that a recharge of Rs.194/- was done on April 7, 2013. Post that due to bundle offer for Samsung Galaxy Grand, 2GB data on 3G network was activated and the data offered was consumed. Hence, you have been charged for data usage post free usage. Sir,monday (aug 23 2010) i have rs,29.00 in my mobile,after some time a missed call came to my mobile,when i called to that number it was from customer care,it tolds that this call was free u will not charge any money for this call then i hear it tolds about their Products and told i[censored] want to activate this service then press 5 but i am not intrested and i disconnect the call.Next day morning i saw that my balance was rs -1.oo. iMMIDETELY I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE they told me that u have activeted MCA service i told that i have not activated but they were not hearing.sir pls do anything and i request you to Refund my Money as soon as possible
