[Resolved]  Vodafone — deduction

4 message came from 54999818 saying ' thanks for using our service' one after another and deducted 18 INR from my number [protected]. Please refund me and don't send me those messages anymore! i didn't expect this level customer service from customer oriented company vodafone.I have called on customer care number but they are just hopeless, they are saying that i have activated those services myself.also same deduction also happend in my account few months ago. i am customer of vadofone since last 4 years. please either do refund of deducted amount in my account or i have not option to Port Out from vodafone.

VODA FONE IS A FRAUD TELE COMPANY BE AWARE I[censored] ARE A POST PAID CUSTOMER. I HAD ALSO FOUND FRAUD IN BILLING AND THEY NEVER RESPOND TO CUSTOMER GRIVANCES. INITIALLY I IGNORED BUT WHEN I SEEN HEY ARE EVERY MONTH CHARGING SUCH AMOUNT IN BILL HEN I COMPLAINT. THEY ALSO CHARGED FOR INTERNET WHEN M HAND SET IS NO COMPITABLE OF GPRS OR NET ON MOBILE.

THERY GIVEN ME TWO CORPORATE CONNECTION SAYING THAT IT IS UNDER CUG BUT THAT IS ALSO CHARGIBLE.
