[Resolved] Vodafone — Delay in Porting Process | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i had sent the porting request on 27/07/2013 for changed network with idea cellular but it was not proceed from vodafone service. When i talked to customer care of vodafone about the same & asked him about the issue then he replied that your documents was yet not received. but i have already submitted the documents at that time in the store where i bought the sim. Porting process must be proceed within 7 days from porting request but i am still awaiting the same. My vodafone number is [protected] which was issued from DHANRAJ CHAKOLE.
