Vodafone — regarding MNP

My complaint is regarding my documents which i submitted for Mobile Number Portability to Vodafone Care Center at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station, but they don't give me services which they promised and take my documents(I.D Proof, address proof, P.P size photographs). I visited 5-6 times there for the required service but they did'nt take any action and not even give my documents back to me.

i am using mtnl no. which i wanted to convert into vodafone postpaid through MNP. The executive of vodafone took my documents and gave me a no. of vodafone and said that within 7 days it will be activated. but after 25 days no response was there. I contacted customer care executive calling on [protected] of vodafone but they said that no initiative has been taken by the company yet. i talked to the manager who was the incharge of this in my area and who sent executive to collect my documents. I was to hear from him that we cannot convert your no . since this is not mumbai no means it is outside of mumbai no. I was not able to understant how he said like this we all know that mtnl is in only two city
DELHI and MUMBAI. Now give me proper solution what to do.
I am using vodafone network service provider. Due to the bad signals I opted for MNP to Airtel. I paid Rs.19/- to the representative for the same. After 10 days it got rejected saying that the number is Premium number and I have bare the additinal charges for the same. Finally I decided to cancel the process and asked the representtive to return my Rs.19/-. He told that it was not possible to return the amount and it will held at some internediatary agency.
So totally network providers are cheating customers in the name of additional charges.
