Very pathetic services
have been trying to switch to 4G for last 24 hours
claim to switch in 2 hours by vodafone
no resolution even by your customer care services
have wasted lot of money calling up customer care
pathetic services indeed

For the last 10 days, i have been constantly receiving calls from weird 3 digit and 4 digit numbers like

On picking up some guy says hello but nothing more. Call disconnected in 16 / 23 / 25 seconds.
Its definitely not telemarketing call as the man doesn't talk though the line is clear.

Please explain who this is. Worried and confused.
